Exploring Evenpay with demo data
Try Evenpay in a separate demo organisation and understand the limits of demo-data cleanup.

Demo data fills your organisation with a realistic sample company, so you can try analyses, pay bands and reports before bringing in your own data.
Who can do this: Administrators.
Load demo data
Use a separate, empty organisation for demonstrations. Loading demo data creates a sample dataset and can clear an earlier demo first. It is not the same as Clear All Data and should not be used to reset a production organisation. Do not mix demo and real employee data.
Open Home in an organisation that has no data yet.
Select Use demo data instead.
Evenpay creates sample employees with positions, organisation units, pay, skills and performance data. The number of employees can differ depending on where you start the demo. You can also start demo data from the import page under Or start with β Demo data.
Remove demo data
Clear demo data targets demo employee, position and organisation-unit records. It can't be undone. Do not treat it as a guarantee that every setting, analysis or related record has returned to an empty-organisation state.
Select Clear demo data in the header.
In Exit demo mode?, confirm with Yes, exit demo.
If demo and real data have been mixed, contact Evenpay support before clearing or reusing the organisation. Review the remaining data and configuration before relying on it for real reporting.
Good to know
Keep the demo in a separate organisation while you set up your real data. See Working across several client organisations for how to switch between organisations.
