Working across several client organisations

Switch between client organisations and keep each client's work separate.

If you work for several clients, you belong to several Evenpay organisations. You switch between them from the sidebar.

Switch organisation

  1. Select the organisation name at the top of the sidebar.

  2. Choose the organisation you want. Your most recently used organisations are listed first.

You see Organization switched successfully, and everything you see now belongs to that organisation.

Keeping clients apart

  • Each organisation's data, users, settings and reports are completely separate. Nothing you do in one client's organisation affects another.

  • Check the organisation name at the top of the sidebar before importing data or changing settings.

  • Exports and reports only contain the organisation you're in.

  • Switching organisation is recorded in the audit log.

Good to know

  • Your role can differ in each organisation. You might be an Administrator for one client and have no access to another.

  • If you belong to several organisations, the strictest session limits of all of them apply to you. See Session limits and automatic sign-out.

  • Pending invitations to new client organisations also appear in the organisation menu.
