The compliance readiness checklist
Track your EU Pay Transparency Directive readiness, section by section.

The readiness checklist shows how far your organisation is with the main Directive requirements, and what's left to do.
Who can do this: Administrators.
Where: Compliance β Readiness. A summary also appears on Home under Pay Transparency Compliance.
What the checklist does and does not confirm
The checklist is a product-readiness guide, not a legal compliance assessment. Thresholds such as three job levels, one job family and 90% of positions evaluated are Evenpay checklist criteria, not universal statutory requirements. A completed item does not replace reviewing your methodology, data or the national rules that apply to your organisation.
Check whether reporting applies to your organisation and the required reporting frequency before planning a report. An annual internal review and a statutory reporting deadline are not the same thing. See Key deadlines and thresholds.

Marking a task ready yourself
Many tasks update from your data. You can also mark any task Mark as ready (or Mark as not ready) with a short explanation, for example when work was done outside Evenpay. The change and your explanation are saved in the audit log.
Good to know
Treat the checklist as a guide, not as legal confirmation. Check the details of each task yourself before relying on it.
