Data & Integrations

The Data & Integrations settings page is how you get data into and out of Evenpay. Navigate there via Settings → Data & Integrations. The page has two tabs: Integrations and Data.

Integrations

The Integrations tab shows all available ready-made connectors for HR and payroll systems. Evenpay currently supports connections to HR tools such as Deel, Hailey HR, HiBob, Leapsome, and Payroll tools such as Netvisor, Mepco (SFTP) and Procountor.

Use the Connected and Available filter tabs to see what's active versus what's available to set up.

Data

The Data tab is split into two sections: Data Import and Export.

Data Import

Import data from spreadsheets when you're not using a direct integration, or when you need to bulk-load a specific data type. Each import type has a Sample file you can download to see the expected format before preparing your data.

Import type	What it imports
Import Employees	Bulk import employee data including personal info, compensation, and assignments
Import Positions	Positions with job levels, families, and salary ranges
Import Salary History	Historical payroll data and compensation transactions
Import Job Levels	Job levels with career paths and salary bands
Import Skills	Skills with categories from a CSV file
Import Certificates	Certificate templates with categories and validity
Import Org Units	Organizational structure with departments and hierarchy (Coming Soon)
Quick Import	Paste a list of names to create multiple items at once — a fast way to add items without preparing a full spreadsheet

Export

Export your organization's data for reporting, backup, or use in other systems. Each export produces a downloadable file.

Export type	What it contains
Export Employees	All employee data including compensation and positions
Export Positions	Position data with salary ranges, job families, and levels
Export Job Levels	Career framework with levels, paths, and salary bands
Export Org Units	Organization structure with departments and hierarchy
Export Evaluation Framework	Custom evaluation questions and scoring methodology
Export Survey Results	Pay transparency survey responses and results
Export Analytics Snapshot	Pay gap analysis results and statistics (customer-specific data only)
