Organization Settings: Overview

Organization settings control how Evenpay is configured for your company as a whole. Access them by clicking Settings in the main navigation. Only users with the Owner or Administrator role can manage these settings.


The settings are organized into the following sections:


Organization


Configure your company's basic information (name, domain, VAT number, industry, size, currency, operating markets, and default language), set up your work schedule for salary calculations, run the guided compliance setup wizard, and manage dangerous organization-level actions such as clearing data or deleting the organization. Users & Roles


Manage who has access to Evenpay. Invite team members, assign roles, and review the permissions that come with each system role. Evenpay has six built-in roles: Owner, Administrator, HR Administrator, Manager, Employee Representative, and Employee. Here is the Guide for Users & Roles.


Security


Configure your organization's MFA policy — whether multi-factor authentication is required for all users, which authentication methods are allowed (authenticator app or SMS), and view the current MFA enrollment status of your team members. Here is the Guide for Security settings.


Data & Integrations


Connect Evenpay to your HR and payroll systems, or import data directly from spreadsheets. Supported integrations include Deel, Hailey HR, HiBob, Leapsome, Mepco, Netvisor, Nmbrs, Personio, SD Worx, Sympa, and Workday. The Data tab covers imports (employees, positions, salary history, job levels, skills, certificates) and exports (employees, positions, job levels, org units, analytics, and more). Automations


Configure pay gap alert thresholds and severity levels, define how equal work comparisons are grouped, manage justification reasons for documented pay differences, set up automatic alert detection, and enable pay information reminders for employees. Here is the Guide for Automations -settings.


Evaluation Framework


Set up the job evaluation methodology used to assess roles and establish your job architecture — the foundation for consistent pay decisions across the organization. Here is the Evaluation Framework -settings.


Pay Factors


Define and enable the pay-influencing factors used in your pay equity analysis model — such as job grade, experience, tenure, education, and performance. Only enable factors that genuinely reflect how pay is determined in your organization. Here is the Guide for Pay Factors -settings.


Compensation


Configure salary components, pay bands, and compensation-related settings that determine how pay data is structured and displayed across Evenpay. Here is the Guide for Compensation settings.


Benchmarks


Set up external market benchmarks to compare your compensation levels against industry data — useful for identifying whether your pay ranges are competitive. Here is the Guide for Benchmarks.


Custom Fields


Create custom data fields for employees, positions, or other records when the default fields don't capture everything your organization needs to track. Here is the Guide for Custom Fields -settings.


Keywords


Manage keyword lists used for tagging and categorizing roles, skills, or other structured data within Evenpay. Here is the Guide for Keywords -settings.

Skills & Certificates


Manage the library of skills and certificates that can be assigned to employees and positions — used as pay factors in analysis and for tracking qualification requirements. Here is the Guide for Skills & Certificates -settings.


Branding


Customize Evenpay's appearance with your organization's branding — logo, colors, and other visual settings used in generated documents and employee-facing communications. Here is the Guide for Branding settings.
