You have the right to ask your employer about your pay and the average pay of colleagues doing the same work or work of equal value. If your employer uses Evenpay, you make this request through a secure portal. You don't need an Evenpay account.
Make a request
Open the pay information portal link your employer shared with you, for example on the intranet or in an email.
Enter your work email and select Send Verification Code. If your email is found, you receive a six-digit code.
Enter the code and select Verify.
Optionally add a message, then select Submit Request.
You see Request Submitted. You will get an email when your pay information is ready.
What happens next
Your employer reviews the request. Some requests are approved automatically; others are checked by HR first.
If the request needs a review, you may get a confirmation email.
When it's approved, you receive an email with a secure link to your report. See Opening your pay information report.
Under the EU Directive your employer must answer within a reasonable time, at most two months.
If your request can't be made
The portal may not accept a request when:
your email isn't found, or you're not an active employee;
you already have an open request;
you made a request recently (employers can set a waiting period, 90 days by default);
your comparison group is too small to share figures without identifying colleagues.
In that case, contact your HR team. If the group is too small, they can share the information with an employee representative instead.
Good to know
You can choose the portal language. Emails are sent in English, Finnish or Italian.
Your employer, not Evenpay, decides what the report contains.
