If your employer has invited you to Evenpay, you sign in to see your own profile and pay.
Signing in for the first time
Open the invitation email and follow the link.
Sign in or sign up with the same email address the invitation was sent to.
If you use an email and password, confirm your address from the verification email.
If your company uses single sign-on, use the login link your HR or IT team gave you and sign in with your company account.
Forgot your password?
Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page, or go to Settings β Security & access β Password and select Reset Password.
If you sign in with your company account (SSO), reset the password with your company's IT.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Go to Settings β Security & access β Two-Factor Authentication.
Select Set up MFA and add an authenticator app or SMS.
If your employer requires MFA, you're asked to set it up the next time you sign in. If you lose your phone, ask your Evenpay administrator to reset your MFA.
Good to know
You don't need to sign in to make a pay information request. The portal uses a code sent to your work email.
If your invitation has expired, ask your HR team to resend it.
