The employee profile tabs

What each tab on an employee's profile shows and who can see it.

Open any employee from the Employees list to see their profile. The tabs you see depend on your role.

Tab	What it shows	Who sees it
Overview	Personal and employment information, and a banner if a pay information request is pending.	Everyone with access to the person
Competence	Skills and certificates.	Everyone with access to the person
Performance	Performance reviews and the performance trend.	Everyone with access to the person
Compensation	Agreed pay, latest payroll, band position, pay comparison and salary history.	People with access to compensation
Alerts	Pay equity alerts that include this person.	Administrators
History	The change log of employment and pay changes.	Everyone with access to the person
Pay Rationale	Rationale tags that explain this person's pay.	Administrators
Pay Information Request	Requests, report preview and delivery history.	Administrators

In the profile header, Employee actions offers Export data (GDPR), Archive Employee and Delete Employee. See Archiving and deleting employees, and GDPR data export.

Good to know

Employees can open their own profile from My Profile. They see Overview, Competence, Performance, Compensation and History for themselves only, with a "You" badge.
On their own History tab, employees don't see who made each change.
Managers who see a report from another entity get an "Outside your entities" marker on the profile.
