The Employees list shows everyone in your organisation in one table. Use it to search, filter and group people, open a profile, or select people for bulk actions.

Who can do this: Administrators see everyone. Managers see the people in the organisation units they manage and everyone in their reporting line below them; for managers the menu item is called My Team.

Where: sidebar β†’ Employees β†’ Overview

The search box matches name, email, employee number, position title and organisation unit. The list loads 50 rows at a time as you scroll and is sorted by last name.

Columns

Choose which columns to show with the column settings. Available columns include:

  • Job information: Position, Job Level, Job Grade, Job Family, Career Path, Organization Unit, Manager.

  • Employment and person: Status, Contract Type, Working Hours, Worksite, Country, City, Nationality, Gender, Education, Experience, Tenure, Keywords, Skills, Certificates.

  • Pay: Salary (hover to see the breakdown), Latest Payroll, Salary band, Compa Ratio, Expected Band Position, and one column per compensation component and custom field.

  • Alerts and Pay Info Requests, if you have access to them.

  • Entity, if your organisation has more than one entity.

Filters

  • Status: Active, Inactive, Terminated, On Leave, Archived.

  • Salary Band: Above Band, Within Band, Below Band or No Band.

  • Gender, Skills, Certificates, Alerts and Pay Info Requests.

Grouping

Group the list by organisation unit, status, job level, job grade, position, gender, job family, career path, entity or a custom field. Each group shows an average row.

Acting on employees

  • Click a row to open a quick view, then open the full profile from there.

  • Select rows to use bulk actions (see Bulk actions).

  • Use the Import / Export menu to choose Import from file, Export to CSV, or export only the rows you've selected. Exports follow your current filters.

Good to know

  • Importing needs integration management rights and exporting needs data export rights, which Administrators have.

  • You only ever see the employees your role gives you access to, in the list, in search and in exports.
