Adding performance reviews for your team

Record ratings for your direct reports and see how they compare.

Performance ratings in Evenpay feed merit cycle rules, worksheets and pay equity analysis. You can record a review for each of your direct reports.

Who can do this: Managers, for their direct reports; Administrators, for everyone

Where: My Team → the employee → Performance tab

Add a review

  1. Open the employee's profile and go to the Performance tab.

  2. Select Add Review.

  3. Enter the Period Start and Period End, the Rating, the Reviewer and any Notes.

  4. Save.

Performance Trend

The tab's Performance Trend compares the employee's ratings with the company, their job level or their position. Comparisons for very small groups are hidden to protect privacy.

Good to know

  • The rating scale is set by your administrator in Settings → People & data → Competence & performance.

  • Ratings appear in the Performance column of your merit worksheet and can be used in the cycle's rules.

  • Your organisation may also import ratings from its HR system.
