The auditor report and data bundle
Give an auditor a fixed-structure report and the pseudonymised data behind it.

The Auditor Report template describes a whole analysis run in a fixed structure that auditors can review. You can download it together with the underlying data so the results can be checked.
Who can do this: Administrators with permission to export data
Where: Pay Equity β Reports β Report Template β Auditor Report
Download the report and data
Choose the Auditor Report template.
Optionally turn on Apply planned compensation adjustments to include adjustments you have planned.
Check the minimum group size. 10 is recommended; you can set 1β50, and Evenpay warns you below 10.
Select Download PDF and data (ZIP).
The ZIP file contains the PDF report and a pseudonymised CSV of the analysis inputs. Employees are identified by codes, not names.
Actual analysis versus planned adjustments
Apply planned compensation adjustments is an optional auditor-report input. When enabled for a scenario with planned changes, the report can include those changes. It does not apply the changes to employee records or pay salaries or bonuses.
Check the basis stated in the PDF and data bundle. Keep an output including planned adjustments clearly separate from an output intended to describe pay without those adjustments. Do not present planned changes as payments that have already happened.
This auditor option is distinct from the standard reporting workflow's restrictions on draft scenarios containing simulated pay. See Creating a pay gap report.
Good to know
The template's structure is locked. Selecting Unlock structure lets you edit it, after a warning, but the result is no longer the standard auditor format.
The auditor sections describe a whole analysis run. For one entity, select a scenario filtered to that entity in the Group view.
The data file is still personal data. Share it only through a secure channel and under an appropriate agreement with the auditor.
