Merit cycle insights

The Insights tab shows how a merit cycle is going and what the proposed increases would do to pay fairness.

Who can do this: Administrators.

Where: a merit cycle → Insights.

What you'll see

• Budget breakdown: how much of each budget is allocated and used.

• Completion progress: how many worksheets and proposals are done.

• Increase distribution: a heatmap of proposed increases, so you can spot uneven patterns.

• Compa-ratio impact: compa-ratios now and after the proposed increases.

• Pay gap projection: the unadjusted gender pay gap now and as projected after the cycle.

Before launch

Before the cycle is launched, the tab shows baseline figures only.

How to use it

• Check the pay gap projection before you apply. If the gap widens, review the proposals or add rules that direct increases toward people below the midpoint.

• Use the distribution heatmap to find managers whose proposals differ a lot from the rest.
