Backups and the audit log by entity
Back up and restore one entity, and see changes per entity.

If your organisation uses entities, you can back up and restore a single entity, and see audit log changes per entity.
Backups
Who can do this: Administrators of the group.
In Settings β Organization β Backups, choose a Scope for a new backup: "Whole organization" or one entity.
An entity backup covers eligible business data within the selected entity and its subtree, not the entity tree itself. Entity-specific settings, access grants and integration connection or mapping configuration are not rolled back. Review the exclusions in Backups and restores; the whole-organisation inclusion list should not be treated as a promise that every item is included in an entity-scoped backup.
Restoring an entity backup leaves the group's shared rows unchanged. Before the restore runs, Evenpay shows:
which employees will be deleted because they were added after the backup;
which employees are skipped because they have moved in or out of the entity since then;
which rows are left unchanged because the group or another entity now owns them.
Audit log
In the Group view, the audit log has an Entity column and filter. Entity administrators see only their own entities' changes. Exports keep the filter you have chosen.
