Signing in with your company's SSO

Use your organisation's login link to sign in through your company identity provider, and reset your password.

If your company uses single sign-on (SSO), for example Microsoft Entra ID or Okta, you sign in to Evenpay with your company account instead of a separate Evenpay password.

Sign in with SSO

  1. Ask your Evenpay administrator for your organisation's SSO Login URL. It looks like https://evenpay.app/login/your-company-code.

  2. Open the link. You are taken directly to your company's sign-in page.

  3. Sign in with your company account. You land on your Evenpay Home page.

Bookmark the link so you can use it next time.

"Organization not found"

If you see Organization not found, the link doesn't match any organisation. Check with your IT administrator for the correct URL.

Resetting your password

  • SSO users: your password belongs to your company account, so reset it with your company's IT, not in Evenpay.

  • Email and password users: choose Forgot password on the sign-in page, or go to Settings → Security & access → Password and select Reset Password. Evenpay emails you instructions.

Good to know

  • Administrators set up SSO under Settings → Organization → Security → Single Sign-On (SSO). See Setting up single sign-on.

  • The login page doesn't ask for an organisation code. Use the SSO login link instead.
