Accepting an invitation

Join your organisation in Evenpay from an invitation email, and what to do if it has expired.

Your administrator invites you to Evenpay by email. Accepting the invitation adds you to the organisation with the role they chose.

Accept an invitation

  1. Open the invitation email and follow the link.

  2. Sign in or sign up with the same email address the invitation was sent to. Accepting with a different address doesn't work.

  3. You see Invitation Accepted! and can start using Evenpay.

If you are already signed in, pending invitations also appear under Pending Invitations in the organisation menu at the top of the sidebar, where you can Accept or Decline.

What it means

Invitation Expired

Invitations are valid for 7 days. Ask your administrator to resend it.

Invitation Revoked

Your administrator cancelled it. Ask them for a new one if you still need access.

You're Already a Member!

You already have access. Sign in as usual.
