Getting an offer recommendation from Copilot
Ask Copilot what to pay a new hire, based on your pay bands, peers and benchmarks.

Copilot can recommend a starting salary for a new hire, based on the position's pay band, what comparable employees earn and any market benchmarks you have imported.
Who can do this: Administrators
Where: Copilot in the sidebar
Get a recommendation
Ask, for example, "What should we pay a new senior engineer?"
Pick the position when Copilot asks.
Answer Copilot's follow-up questions about the candidate.
Review the Offer Recommendation card, which shows the suggested pay and what it is based on.
Export the card as a PDF if you want to share it.
Good to know
Recommendations are only as good as your pay bands and benchmarks. See Creating pay band rules and Market benchmarks.
A recommendation is advice, not a decision. You decide the offer.
