Only administrators of the group can change the entity structure, and only while they are in the Group view.
Go to Settings β Organization β Entities. The page shows the group and the entities below it.
Add an entity
Select Add entity.
Enter a Name.
In Belongs to, choose the entity it sits under. If you leave the group selected, the new entity goes directly below the group.
Edit or move an entity
Select the pencil icon next to an entity. In the Edit entity panel you can:
change the Name;
move the entity by choosing a new parent in Belongs to;
set a Currency. This is the default currency for the entity's employees and figures. "Same as the group" keeps the group's currency.
Evenpay refuses a move if the entity's employees or catalogue rows use rows that the new parent cannot see, such as a local position or org unit. Change those rows first, then try the move again.
Archive an entity
Select Archive next to the entity and confirm. Before you can archive an entity:
move or archive the active entities below it;
move its current employees to another entity.
Archiving cannot be undone. An archived entity can no longer be chosen, granted or used as a parent.
The group itself
The group cannot be moved or archived. To rename the group, rename your organisation.
