Switching between the group and entities

Choose which entity you are working in from the sidebar.

When you have access to more than one entity, open the organisation menu at the top of the sidebar to choose your view:

  • Group view shows the whole organisation. It is available to people whose organisation role is Manager or Administrator.

  • All my entities combines every entity you have access to. It appears if you have access to two or more entities but not to the group.

  • Choosing an entity shows that entity and the entities below it.

If you have access to only one entity, you have no switcher and Evenpay opens in that entity.

What changes in a view

  • Every list, count, search, alert and figure follows the view you have chosen.

  • The Group view adds an Entity column and filter to employees, the audit log and members, and an entity filter to pay equity analysis. Filtering on an entity includes the entities below it.

  • In an entity's view, settings that belong to the group are read-only. Switch to the Group view to change them.

Your own team

You always see your own profile and your direct reports, even if they belong to an entity you cannot otherwise access. Such employees are marked "Outside your entities".
