Choosing an evaluation framework
Start from the default framework, the library, an import or your own, and activate it.

An evaluation framework defines how positions are scored. You can use Evenpay's default, adopt one from the library, import one, or build your own.
Who can do this: Administrators.
Where: Settings β Pay equity & transparency β Evaluation frameworks.
Ways to get a framework
Initialize Default creates Evenpay's default framework with four dimensions: Knowledge & Skills, Mental & Physical Effort, Responsibility & Impact, and Working Conditions.
Browse Library shows ready-made frameworks, including the EIGE gender-neutral job evaluation framework.
Import loads a framework from a JSON file, for example one exported from another organisation.
Create opens the builder. See Building your own framework.
Activate a framework
Open the framework's menu and select Activate.
If the framework uses a different scoring scale from your active frameworks, Evenpay asks Switch to points scoring? (or the reverse). Confirming deactivates the others.
If you changed a framework that is in use, choose Recalculate Position Evaluations, or Skip for now.
Publisher frameworks
Some library frameworks are Locked by its publisher. You can't change their questions or scoring, but you can still change grade bands, wizard settings and activation. Some can't be exported.
When you import a framework that recommends job grades, choose how to handle them: Adopt its grades, Map them to yours, or Keep mine.
Other actions
Edit Framework, Preview Framework, Export Framework and Delete Framework.
Good to know
All active frameworks must use the same scoring scale.
You can have several active frameworks. Use selection rules to decide which one applies to which position. See Framework selection rules and evaluation rules.
The last active framework can't be deactivated or deleted.
