Job evaluation surveys ask employees and managers about their positions. The answers help you evaluate positions and write job descriptions.
Who can do this: Administrators.
Where: Employees β Surveys (page title Job Evaluation Surveys).
Create and send a survey
Select New Survey. The wizard has five steps: Survey Setup, Questions, Recipients, Preview and Confirmation.
In setup, choose the Respondent Type: employees, managers, or Both. Turn on Anonymous Responses if names shouldn't be stored with answers.
Set a Reminder Frequency (days) (at least 1) and, if you like, custom welcome and thank-you titles.
Choose recipients and preview the survey, then select Create Survey.
The survey is saved as a draft. Select Activate & Send Invitations to send it.
Respondents answer through a personal link; they don't need to sign in.
Follow up and close
The survey page has the tabs Overview, Respondents, Answers, Evaluation Matrix and Job Description.
When you have enough answers, select Close & Aggregate. A closed survey can then be archived.
On Job Description, Generate Job Descriptions drafts descriptions from the answers with AI. Review them before you use them.
Export
Use Export CSV, or Export Responses (PDF/DOCX) to download a ZIP.
Good to know
For anonymous surveys, answers are shown only in aggregate, and exports include completed responses only.
With very few respondents, anonymous answers can still be identifiable. Send anonymous surveys to larger groups.
Managers and employees don't see the Surveys page; they only answer through their link.
