Reporting for one entity

If your organisation is set up as a group with entities, you can report on one entity and the entities below it instead of the whole group.

Where: Pay Equity → Reports

From the Group view

1. Open Reports in the Group view.

2. Use the Entity picker to choose the entity. Whole group is the default.

3. Build and download the report as usual. The cover shows the entity's name.

From an entity's view

When you switch to an entity in the sidebar, the report covers only that entity. It never shows the organisation's figures.

Good to know

• The adjusted gap is only shown when the active scenario's run covers exactly that entity.

• If your analysis was run before your entities were set up, run it again to report on a single entity.

• Saved report templates belong to the group or an entity. They are shared down the tree and can only be edited by their owner.
