Include in your message
Your organisation's name in Evenpay.
What you were trying to do, what you expected and what happened instead.
The page you were on and roughly when it happened.
A screenshot, if you can. Please hide personal data such as names and salaries.
Good to know
Employees with questions about their own pay should contact their employer's HR team. Evenpay can't answer questions about an individual's pay.
For questions about your contract, licence or invoices, contact your Evenpay contact or support@evenpay.io. There is no billing page in the app.
Some settings say "Contact support" because Evenpay enables them for you, for example requiring SSO for all members.
