Compa-ratio is an employee's pay divided by the midpoint of their pay band. If any piece is missing, Evenpay shows No compa-ratio available.

Check these in order

Reason

How to fix it

The employee has no position

Assign a position on the employee's profile, or in your import.

No pay band matches the employee

Create a pay band rule that covers their position, level or other dimensions. See Creating pay band rules.

The matching band has no midpoint

Edit the band rule and add a midpoint.

There is no exchange rate between the employee's currency and the band's currency

Check Settings β†’ Compensation β†’ Exchange rates and select Sync Now.

The employee has no salary

Add their pay components. See Agreed pay and salary history.

Good to know

  • Only pay components marked Include in Salary Band count, and pay is adjusted to full-time.

  • If a position matches several bands, each employee is compared with their own band. See Compa-ratio and band position.
