This article explains why Evenpay signs you out, and what to do when an invitation or link no longer works.
I was signed out
Your administrator sets two limits under Settings β Organization β Security β Session limits:
Inactivity timeout: you're signed out after a period without activity, 240 minutes by default.
Maximum session age: you must sign in again after a set time, 24 hours by default, even if you've been active.
The login page tells you which one applied. Just sign in again. If you belong to several organisations, the strictest limits of all of them apply.
My invitation expired
Invitations are valid for 7 days. Ask your administrator to Resend it from Settings β Organization β Users & roles β Pending Invitations.
My invitation doesn't work
Sign in with the exact email address the invitation was sent to.
If you see Invitation Revoked, ask your administrator for a new one.
If you see You're Already a Member!, sign in as usual.
My SSO link says "Organization not found"
The link doesn't match any organisation. Ask your IT administrator for the correct login URL.
