Why is a figure blank or "Too few people to show"?

How Evenpay's privacy thresholds and minimum group sizes hide figures, and where each is set.

Evenpay hides figures about small groups so that individual employees can't be identified from them. Several features have their own minimum. This article lists them in one place.

What you see

  • Too few people to show on Home.

  • A dash (-) in reports.

  • A hidden gender breakdown in a pay information report.

  • A message that the comparison group is below the anonymity threshold when you handle a pay information request.

What you can do

  • Check that employees have the fields used for grouping, so groups aren't split unnecessarily.

  • Consider grouping by broader criteria. See Work of equal value groups.

  • Don't lower thresholds just to see figures: they protect your employees' privacy.

Good to know

In an organisation with entities, an entity can require larger groups than the group, never smaller ones. The stricter value always applies.
