Employees submit pay information requests through a public portal for your organisation. A channel is a version of that portal with its own eligibility rules, branding and settings, so you can, for example, treat countries differently.
Who can do this: Administrators
Where: Settings β Pay equity & transparency β Pay information requests
Share the portal
Under Portal Access, select Copy Link (or Open to preview it).
Share the link with employees, for example on your intranet or in your pay policy.
If the page says the portal URL is not yet available, contact support@evenpay.io to set up your organisation's portal address.
Add a channel
Select Add Channel.
Enter a Channel Name and URL Slug.
Optionally add a logo, Primary Color and Accent Color. Empty fields fall back to your organisation's branding.
Under Eligibility Rules, select Manage Rules to decide which employees the channel covers, based on employee fields.
Configure the channel's approval, delivery, comparison and report settings.
A channel's link is the portal link with the channel added to it.
Good to know
The default channel covers Everyone in this organization.
After verifying their email, an employee automatically sees the branding of the channel they belong to.
Set the channel's Default language under Delivery & Notifications. Emails are available in English, Finnish and Italian; other languages fall back to English.
Deleting a channel moves its requests to the default channel. Links already delivered keep working.
