The Directive requires you to inform employees every year of their right to request pay information and how to do it. Evenpay can email this notice to your employees with a link to the request portal.
Who can do this: Administrators
Where: Settings β Pay equity & transparency β Pay Information Reminders
Prepare the email
Under Target Audience, choose All employees or Managers only. The Directive requires you to inform all workers every year, so make sure the notice reaches every employee.
Edit the Email Template. The default subject is Your right to pay information.
Use these placeholders, which are filled in for each recipient:
{{employeeName}}: the employee's name
{{organizationName}}: your organisation's name
{{requestLink}}: the link to your request portal
Save.
Send it
Under Manual Send, select Send Now. The page shows how many employees have received the notice, how many have opted out, and when it was last sent.
Good to know
Send the notice at least once a year, and keep a record of when you did. The Last sent date helps.
Make sure your portal link works before sending. See Setting up the request portal and channels.
You can also publish the information in other places, such as your intranet or employee handbook.
