The Overview tab is the main summary of your latest pay equity analysis. Use it to see where you stand, which groups need attention and how much progress you have made explaining gaps.

Key Metrics

  • Unadjusted pay gap, with its direction.

  • Adjusted pay gap.

  • Employees included, with the coverage percentage.

  • Alerts: active alerts.

  • Explanation progress: how much of your alerted gaps you have explained, shown as Fully explained, Partially explained or Not started.

Pay Gap Analysis

The unadjusted and adjusted gaps side by side, with the method, reference group and number of employees. See Unadjusted vs adjusted pay gap. Below it, the Pay Gap Insight card describes the result in plain words, for example Balanced pay, Structural imbalance or Large unexplained gap.

Your equal value groups and the gap in each. See Work of equal value groups.

Pay Gap Matrix

Analyse gaps across two dimensions at once. Choose Rows, Columns, and optionally a Breakdown and Sub-breakdown. Switch Metric between Pay Gap and Compa Ratio, and Calculation between Median and Mean.

Compensation Components

How each pay component contributes, sliced by gender, org unit, age, country or a custom field.

Cost of Salary Adjustments

What it would cost to reduce gaps. See Cost of closing the gap.

Good to know

  • Use the filters at the top to narrow the population. The default includes employees with at least 6 months of tenure.

  • When you switch on Simulation, the figures show the scenario you are editing, and the heading reads Key Metrics β€” Simulated.

  • Groups too small to show are hidden to protect privacy.
