Activating your baseline (why there are no alerts yet)
Alerts only start once you activate your baseline scenario.

Your first analysis creates a draft baseline: the scenario that represents your organisation as it is today. Evenpay doesn't raise pay equity alerts from a draft. Once you activate the baseline, every later analysis run checks your groups and raises alerts where gaps exceed your thresholds.

Activate the baseline
Run an analysis. See Running your first pay equity analysis.
Review the results. A scenario can't be activated before it has been analysed.
Select Activate baseline in the header.
Review what activation will do, then confirm.
From now on, alerts appear after each analysis run, under Compliance β Alerts and on your Home page.
Good to know
Alerts are raised for groups of employees, not for individuals.
A group needs enough people of both genders to be compared. See Pay equity alerts.
Once a scenario is live it is read-only. To change it, create a new scenario and activate that one. See Scenarios: model changes and go live.
If your organisation has entities, the group baseline is activated from the Group view and each entity's own scenarios from that entity's view.
