The Pay Equity Plan is your list of actions to close pay equity gaps: pay adjustments, attribute changes and anything else you decide to do. It turns analysis results into assigned, dated work.
Who can do this: Administrators
Where: the Pay Equity Plan card on your Home page, and the task lists in alerts and work of equal value groups
Where tasks come from
Activating a scenario. When the Advanced option to create pay equity tasks is on, each simulated pay change or attribute change becomes a task. See Scenarios: model changes and go live.
Pay adjustments. In an alert or group, select Add pay adjustment and Create task. This doesn't change the salary itself; it records what should change.
Your own actions. On the Home card, select Add action.
Work through the plan
Open the Pay Equity Plan card on Home.
Assign each task to a person and set a due date.
Carry out the change, for example in your HR or payroll system, or in Evenpay with Apply update to Evenpay.
Mark the task done.
When there is nothing open, the card shows All clear β no open tasks.
Good to know
Tasks linked to an alert or group also appear under Pay equity tasks for this cohort or Pay Equity Tasks for this alert.
Evenpay doesn't write simulated changes to employee records by itself. The plan is how you make sure each change actually happens.
Documenting your corrective actions helps when you report gaps or discuss them with employee representatives.
