Evenpay uses a secure hosted sign-in page. You can sign in with your email and a password, or with a Google or Microsoft account, depending on what your organisation uses.

  1. Go to the Evenpay login page. You are taken straight to the sign-in page ("We'll redirect you to sign in with your preferred method").

  2. Choose your sign-in method: email and password, Google or Microsoft.

  3. If you are new and signed up with email and password, open the verification email and confirm your address first. Until you do, you see Verify your email.

If your company uses single sign-on, use the login link your administrator gave you instead. See Signing in with your company's SSO.

Sign out

Open the user menu (your avatar, top right) and choose Log out. You see You've been logged out and can choose Sign in again.

When your session ends

Your administrator sets how long you can stay signed in:

  • After a period of inactivity (240 minutes by default), you are signed out.

  • After the maximum session age (24 hours by default), you must sign in again even if you have been active.

The login page tells you which one applied. If you belong to several organisations, the strictest limit of all of them applies.

Good to know

  • Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in page, or Reset Password under Settings β†’ Security & access. If you sign in with SSO, reset it with your company's identity provider instead (see Signing in with your company's SSO).

  • You can add an extra layer of security with multi-factor authentication (MFA). See Your personal settings.
