Home is the first page you see after signing in. For administrators it summarises pay equity, open requests and what needs attention.

What administrators see

  • Pulse: a strip of up to six key figures (see below).

  • Pay Equity Plan: actions your organisation is taking to close pay gaps. You can Add action, assign people, set due dates and mark items done. See The Pay Equity Plan and pay equity tasks.

  • Pay Information Requests: open employee requests and when they must be answered.

  • Pay Transparency Compliance: your EU Directive readiness. View full opens the readiness checklist.

  • Active Alerts, sorted by criticality.

  • Quick Actions: Analyse Pay Equity, Download Pay Equity Report, Generate Pay Information Statement and Start Comp Review.

Managers see their team's figures and shortcuts to their team and worksheets. Employees see a shortcut to their profile.

Choose your Pulse figures

  1. On Home, select Choose figures in the Pulse strip.

  2. Pick up to six of: Unadjusted gap, Adjusted gap, Explanation status, groups over or within the alert threshold, Median compa ratio, Within pay band, Open pay requests and Requests on time.

  3. Optionally turn on Show change since last analysis.

Your choice is saved for you only. Use Scope to show the whole organisation, a single entity or an open scenario.
