Exploring Evenpay with demo data

Load a sample organisation to try Evenpay, and remove it when you're ready for your own data.

Demo data fills your organisation with a realistic sample company, so you can try analyses, pay bands and reports before bringing in your own data.

Who can do this: Administrators.

Load demo data

  1. Open Home in an organisation that has no data yet.

  2. Select Use demo data instead.

Evenpay creates a sample organisation of 222 employees with positions, organisation units, pay, skills and performance data. You can also start demo data from the import page under Or start with → Demo data.

Remove demo data

  1. Select Clear demo data in the header.

  2. In Exit demo mode?, confirm with Yes, exit demo.

This removes all demo data, including employees, positions, alerts and analytics. It can't be undone.

Good to know

  • Loading demo data replaces any existing data in the organisation. Use it in a new, empty organisation.

  • If you want to keep a demo to show others while you set up your real data, create a separate organisation for it. See Working across several client organisations for how to switch between organisations.
