Your personal settings

Change your language, theme, salary display, profile, password and two-factor authentication, or delete your account.

Your personal settings only affect you. Every role can change them.

Where: Settings โ†’ Personal, or Profile Settings in the user menu.

Preferences

  • Theme: Light, Dark or System. Dark mode is marked Experimental.

  • Display Language: English, Suomi, Italiano, Espaรฑol, Deutsch, Eesti, Slovenฤina, Franรงais, Nederlands, Polski and Svenska. Languages other than English, Finnish and Italian are marked "Translated by AI โ€” quality may vary".

  • Salary Display: show salaries Monthly or Annual, and choose the Thousands Separator and Decimal Places. A preview shows the result.

Profile

  • Profile Image: JPG, PNG, WebP or GIF, up to 5 MB.

  • Display Name.

  • Email Address is shown but can't be changed, because it's how you sign in.

Security & access

  • Password: Reset Password emails you a reset link. If you sign in with SSO, reset your password with your company's IT instead.

  • Two-Factor Authentication: select Set up MFA and follow the steps to add an authenticator app or SMS. Your methods are listed under Configured Methods, where you can remove one. If you lose your device, ask an administrator to reset your enrolment.

  • Delete Account: type DELETE to confirm. "Once you delete your account, there is no going back."

Good to know

  • There is no personal time zone setting.

  • The organisation's Default Language in Settings โ†’ Organization โ†’ General is a different setting: it's used for AI-generated content, not for the interface.

  • If you are the primary owner or the only administrator, transfer that role before deleting your account. See The primary owner.
