Evenpay is a compensation management platform built around pay transparency and pay equity. It helps HR teams structure jobs and pay, find and explain pay gaps, run pay reviews, answer employees' pay questions and produce the reports the EU Pay Transparency Directive requires.

What you can do in Evenpay

  • Bring in your people data from a CSV file or by connecting your HR system. See Importing employees from a CSV file and Connecting your HR system.

  • Structure your jobs with positions, job levels, grades, career paths and job families, and evaluate positions with a gender-neutral evaluation framework.

  • Set up your pay structure: salary components, benefits and pay bands, with compa-ratios for every employee.

  • Analyse pay equity: unadjusted and adjusted gender pay gaps, work of equal value groups, alerts, and pay rationale to document why pay differs.

  • Run merit cycles with budgets, guidelines, manager worksheets and approvals.

  • Handle pay information requests from employees through a secure portal, within the legal deadline.

  • Create pay gap reports for the EU Directive and national requirements.

  • Track compliance with a readiness checklist and the audit log.

Who uses Evenpay

  • Administrators, usually HR and compensation teams, set up and run everything.

  • Managers see their own team and fill in merit worksheets with pay proposals.

  • Employees see their own profile and pay, and can ask for pay information.

See Roles: what Administrators, Managers and Employees see for details.
