Finding your way around

The sidebar, the header icons and where to find each part of Evenpay.

Everything in Evenpay is reached from the sidebar on the left and a few icons in the header. What you see depends on your role.

The sidebar (Administrators)

Home

Your dashboard with Pulse figures, tasks, requests and alerts.

Copilot

The AI assistant. Only shown when it's turned on in Settings → Organization → Early access.

Pay Equity

Overview, Insights, Comp Outliers, Reports.

Positions

Overview, Levels, Families, Org Units, Evaluation.

Employees

Overview, Surveys.

Compensation

Worksheets, Offers (Early Access), Comp Reviews, Merit Cycles, Pay Bands.

Compliance

Readiness, Alerts, Policies (Early Access), Audit log.

Settings

Personal and organisation settings.

Managers see My Team, Team Positions and Worksheets. Employees see My Profile. See Roles: what Administrators, Managers and Employees see.

Top of the sidebar

Select your organisation's name to switch organisations, accept pending invitations or create a new organisation. If your organisation has several entities, you also choose the group or an entity here. See Switching between the group and entities.

The header

  • Search: find employees, positions, alerts and more. See Searching Evenpay.

  • Notifications: the bell. See Notifications.

  • User menu (your avatar): Profile Settings and Log out.

  • Clear demo data appears for administrators while demo data is loaded.

Good to know

  • Drag the sidebar edge to resize it, or select Minimize sidebar at the bottom to collapse it.

  • A small panel shows long-running jobs, such as a pay equity analysis, with progress and a Cancel option.

  • The Support link at the bottom of the sidebar opens the Evenpay help center.
