Every position, job level and job grade has a Description block. AI writing tools help you draft and polish it, and Evenpay checks position titles for gender neutrality, which the EU Pay Transparency Directive requires.

AI writing tools

Open the description of a position, level or grade. The AI Writing Tools offer:

  • Translate: English, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, German, French and Spanish.

The output is an internal position description written in the third person. It is not a job advertisement. Always review the text before you save it.

Gender-neutral titles

When a position title may not be gender neutral, Evenpay shows a Gender Neutrality Warning: "The position title may not be gender neutral. EU Pay Transparency requires gender-neutral job titles."

  1. Review the Suggested Title.

  2. Select Apply Title to use it, or Title is correct to keep yours.

To find every flagged title, use the Gender Neutrality column or the Flagged titles filter in the positions list.

Good to know

  • The AI tools receive the text you are working on, plus the item's type, title and a few of its details (such as its level or family) as context.
