Worksites are the named places your employees work. Work schedules describe working time, which Evenpay uses for FTE, hourly and annual figures.
Who can do this: Administrators.
Worksites
Where: Settings β People & data β Worksites.
Select Add worksite.
Enter a Name, for example "Helsinki HQ", and optionally a City and Country.
Save. You can then pick the worksite on an employee's profile.
The address describes the site, not the employee. Pay band rules and work of equal value groups can use worksite as a dimension.
You can't delete a worksite that still has employee records (terminated employees count too) or that a pay band rule uses. Reassign those employees and remove the worksite from the rules first, or use Deactivate instead.
Work schedules
Where: Settings β Organization β General, under Work Schedule.
Every organisation has an Organization Default schedule. Use Add Schedule to add more, each with:
Hours/Week, Hours/Day and Days/Week
Pay Periods/Year: 12 for monthly pay, 13 with a holiday bonus, 14 with two bonuses
Vacation Days/Year and Public Holidays/Year
a Country Preset to fill in typical values
an optional Contractual Hourly Divisor (1β400), used where a collective agreement sets the divisor for the hourly rate. Leave it empty to use the computed monthly hours.
Schedule assignment rules
Use Schedule Assignment Rules (Add Rule) to give a schedule to employees by country, career path, custom fields and similar. Rules with higher priority are evaluated first. Employees who match no rule use the organisation default. An employee's profile shows which rule applies.
Good to know
Evenpay stores pay as monthly amounts and uses pay periods per year to show annual figures. See How Evenpay calculates pay.
A schedule that a rule uses can't be deleted.
If you use entities, the organisation default is changed in the Group view.
