Once an HR system is connected, its connection page is where you control how and when data syncs.
Who can do this: Administrators.
Where: Settings β People & data β Integrations β your connection β Manage
Run a sync
Use the sync button and choose:
Incremental Sync (default): brings in changes since the last sync.
Full Sync: re-imports all data from scratch.
Preview Run: a dry run that shows what would change without writing any data.
You can stop a running sync with Cancel Sync.
Tabs
Overview: the connection's status.
Sync History: recent syncs with details and logs. Clear History empties the list.
Settings:
Sync Schedule: turn on Enable automatic sync and choose Manual only, Every hour, Daily or Weekly. Automatic sync is off until you turn it on.
Sync Defaults: Auto-create Employees and Auto-create Positions.
Danger Zone β Delete Connection.
Import Profiles: how records are matched and written.
Import mode: Create only, Create + Update or Update only.
Missing records: Keep as-is (ignore), Archive (deactivate) or Delete.
Auto-create records for organisation units, positions and work locations.
Field Mapping: which field in your HR system fills which field in Evenpay, including Pay code mapping for pay components.
Files: SFTP connections only.
Pause or remove a connection
From the actions menu:
Test Connection
Disable Integration / Enable Integration, to pause and resume syncing.
Remove Integration
Good to know
Run a Preview Run after changing mappings or import profiles, before the next real sync.
Choosing Delete for missing records permanently removes employees who disappear from your HR system.
To undo the latest sync, see Undoing an integration sync.
