Some connections are set up with credentials or a file server rather than a guided sign-in.
Who can do this: Administrators.
Where: Settings β People & data β Integrations
Netvisor
Netvisor syncs employees, salary data and organisation units. You need three values from Netvisor:
Customer ID (KΓ€yttΓ€jΓ€tunniste)
Customer Key (Avain)
Organization ID (Y-tunnus)
The setup goes through Credentials, Data Types, Settings and Review. Use Test Connection before Save Connection.
PeopleForce
PeopleForce is in beta. It follows the same Credentials β Data Types β Settings β Review steps.
SFTP File Import and Mepco (SFTP)
Use SFTP when your HR or payroll system can drop files on a server.
Enter the server's Host, Port, Username and Password.
Describe the files:
File Type: CSV or XML.
Delimiter and Has header row (CSV).
Encoding: UTF-8, ISO-8859-1 or Windows-1252.
Remote Path, File Pattern and Scan subdirectories.
XML record root path (XML).
Data Contains: Employees, Positions and/or Salary History.
Select Preview Files to check Evenpay reads them correctly.
Save, then map fields and run a sync. See Managing a connection.
Good to know
If special characters such as Γ€ or ΓΆ look wrong in the preview, change the Encoding.
SFTP connections have a Files tab listing the files Evenpay has picked up.
