Connecting your HR system

Keep Evenpay in sync with your HR system so employee data stays up to date automatically.

Connecting your HR system means employee data flows into Evenpay automatically, instead of through repeated imports.

Who can do this: Administrators.

Where: Settings β†’ People & data β†’ Integrations

Supported HR systems

Personio, HiBob, Workday, Deel, Remote, Nmbrs, Gusto, Rippling, Leapsome, SD Worx, Sympa and Hailey HR connect through a guided authorisation. Netvisor, PeopleForce (beta), SFTP file import and Mepco (SFTP) have their own setup; see Netvisor, PeopleForce and SFTP connections.

Use the filter to show HR Systems, Financial (FMS), Recruiting (ATS) or File Import (SFTP). Each system shows Connected, Not connected, Coming Soon or Error.

Steps

  1. Find your HR system and select Connect.

  2. In the window that opens, sign in to your HR system and authorise access. Evenpay shows "Waiting for authorization..." until you finish.

  3. When Evenpay confirms the connection, open it to check the field mapping and settings. See Managing a connection.

  4. Run the first sync.

What syncs

  • Employees, organisation units and locations.

  • Agreed pay, as pay components.

Good to know

  • Employee history from the connection starts on the day you connect. Bring earlier history in with Importing employment history, and payroll data with Importing salary (payroll) history.

  • Synced changes appear in each employee's History with the source Integration: (your HR system), dated on the HR system's effective date.

  • Changes you make by hand in Evenpay may be overwritten by the next sync. Make lasting changes in your HR system.

  • If your organisation uses entities, each connection belongs to the group or to one entity. See Placing employees in entities.
