Sending email from your own domain
Send Evenpay's emails to your employees from your company's own email domain.

By default, Evenpay sends emails from Evenpay <notifications@mails.evenpay.app>. You can change the sender name, and send from your own domain so employees recognise the emails, for example pay information reports.
Who can do this: Administrators.
Where: Settings β Organization β Email delivery
Change the sender name
Enter a Sender name, such as "Acme HR", and save.
Send from your own domain
Under Custom sending domain, select Add domain and enter the domain, for example hr.example.com.
Evenpay shows DNS records (Type, Host, Value). Ask your IT team to add them to your domain's DNS.
Select Check DNS records. The status shows Verified, Pending verification, Partially verified or Verification failed.
Once the domain is verified, set the Sender address and activate it.
Good to know
DNS changes can take a while to spread. If the check fails at first, try again later.
Until your domain is verified and activated, emails keep coming from the default sender.
If the page says custom sending domains aren't enabled, contact support@evenpay.io.
If your organisation uses entities, email delivery belongs to the group.
