Add your logo and colours to reports and the employee pay information portal.

Branding puts your logo and colours on what employees and others see from Evenpay, such as reports and the pay information portal.

Who can do this: Administrators.

Where: Settings → Organization → Branding

Steps

  1. Under Logo Settings, upload your logo. Use PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 5 MB. The recommended size is 200 × 60 pixels.

  2. Turn Show Company Name on or off.

  3. Under Brand Colors, pick a preset or set your primary and secondary colour.

  4. Check the Branding Preview and save.

Good to know

  • When you create an organisation, Evenpay tries to detect your logo and colours from your website. Check them here.

  • Each pay information request channel can have its own logo and colours. Fields you leave empty use these settings. See Setting up the request portal and channels.

  • Reports can show your logo with Show organization logo.

  • If your organisation uses entities, branding belongs to the group.
