Early Access features, and deleting or clearing an organisation

Turn Early Access features on or off, and clear or delete your organisation's data.

Early Access features

Where: Settings → Organization → Early access

Early Access features are ready to use but still being refined. Each one is off until you turn it on, and turning it on or off affects everyone in your organisation.

Turning a feature off hides it from the navigation.

Clear or delete your organisation

Where: Settings → Organization → General → Organization Management

These actions affect all data and can't be undone. Take a backup first (see Backups and restores).

  • Clear All Data: removes employees, positions and analytics, so you can start again with the same organisation and settings.

  • Clear Structure: removes job grades, levels and career paths. It only works once no employees, positions or pay bands remain.

  • Delete Organization: deletes the organisation. Type the organisation's name to confirm.

Good to know

  • After an organisation is deleted, its audit log is kept for 30 days and then removed. To have it removed sooner, contact support@evenpay.io.
