The primary owner is Evenpay's main contact for your organisation: the administrator we reach for contracts, billing and service notices. The role also protects that person's access, so no other administrator can remove or demote them.

Who is the primary owner
The person who creates an organisation becomes its primary owner.
Only an Administrator can be primary owner.
If no one holds the role, any Administrator can take it.
Hand the role over
The current primary owner opens Primary owner.
Choose another Administrator from the list.
Confirm.
Other administrators see "Only the current primary owner can transfer this."
Good to know
Before the primary owner leaves your organisation, they need to hand the role over. Until then they can't be removed and their role can't be changed.
If the primary owner has left and can't hand the role over, contact support@evenpay.io.
Partners who set up an organisation for a client usually hand the role to the client's administrator once onboarding is done. See Setting up a client organisation.
