Clear organisation data or structure, or delete an organisation.

Clear or delete your organisation

Where: Settings → Organization → General → Organization Management

These are destructive actions with different scopes, described below. Review the affected data and selected organisation before confirming. Do not assume a downloaded snapshot will let you recover a deleted organisation. If you may need recovery after deletion, confirm the options with Evenpay support before proceeding. Review the snapshot workflow before relying on backups (see Backups and restores).

  • Clear All Data: removes employees, positions and analytics, so you can start again with the same organisation and settings.

  • Clear Structure: removes job grades, levels and career paths. It only works once no employees, positions or pay bands remain.

  • Delete Organization: deletes the organisation. Type the organisation's name to confirm.

Good to know

  • After an organisation is deleted, its audit log is kept for 30 days and then removed. To have it removed sooner, contact support@evenpay.io.
