Early Access features
Where: Settings → Organization → Early access
Early Access features are ready to use but still being refined. Each one is off until you turn it on, and turning it on or off affects everyone in your organisation.
Copilot (AI assistant): ask questions about your compensation data. See What Copilot can do.
Policies (policy generator): write and manage pay policies. See Pay policies (Early Access).
Offers & moves: build job offers within your pay bands. See Offers & moves.
Turning a feature off hides it from the navigation.
