Importing positions, pay bands and other structure data
Import positions, pay bands, org units, job families, career paths, grades, skills and certificates.

Besides employees, salary history and employment history, you can import each part of your structure on its own.
Who can do this: Administrators.
Where: Settings → People & data → Data management → Data Import
Available imports
Each tile has a Template button for the right columns and an Import button.
Positions
Import Pay Bands
Import Org Units
Import Job Families
Import Career Paths
Import Job Grades
Skills
Certificates
All of them follow the same steps as the employee import: Upload, Fields, Values, Import. See Importing employees from a CSV file.
Quick Import
For a short list, such as a handful of job families, paste the names into the Quick Import box, one per line, and select Create. Changed your mind? Select Undo straight after.

Imports accept CSV files only.
You can import up to 5 files a minute.
