Connecting Netvisor

Set up the Netvisor connection in Evenpay using your organisation's credentials.

Netvisor syncs employees, salary data and organisation units into Evenpay.

Who can do this: Administrators.

Where: Settings → People & data → Integrations.

Before you start

You need three values from Netvisor:

  • Customer ID (Käyttäjätunniste)

  • Customer Key (Avain)

  • Organization ID (Y-tunnus)

Have the person responsible for your Netvisor integration provide the required access through your approved credential-handling process. Do not include passwords or API keys in support messages or screenshots.

Set up the connection

  1. Open the Netvisor connection setup under Integrations.

  2. Enter the required values in Credentials.

  3. Review Data Types, Settings and Review.

  4. Use Test Connection before Save Connection.

Check the data before relying on it

After setup, review the field mappings and preview the sync as described in Managing a connection. Compare a sample of employee identifiers, pay amounts, pay periods and currencies with Netvisor before using the data for analysis.
